The bulk density of the samples treated at 200 ~ 250 ℃ is higher than that of the samples treated at 200C or above 250 ℃(silicon carbide price), while the bulk density of the samples treated at above 250 is lower than that of the samples treated at 200 ~ 250 ℃.
